Fitness Professional  + Personal Coach

I am an international teacher, private coach, and founder of Catalyst. A global fitness and wellness entrepreneur, I’ve trained in Bali, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and the US, working with clients all the way from Ecuador to San Francisco. My mission is to break down the science of movement and mindfulness into easy-to-use tools, so you can see the results you desire. 

 

I’ve worked with single moms, brides-to-be, CEOs, and artists, but have a special place in my heart for working with business owners. I’m certified in personal training, postural correction, barre, and yoga sculpt, so I can deliver a diverse, functional approach. 

 

A lifelong learner and body-neutral proponent, my style focuses on strengthening the mind-to-muscle connection rather than constant weighing, crash dieting, and solely sweating for the calorie-count.

Catalyst was born in 2020 during the pandemic when I really saw a need for using movement as a form of mental and emotional upkeep. It’s expanded and transformed so much since then, but its fundamental purpose is to uplift others by moving with awareness.

 

As someone who has struggled with anxiety, poor body image, self-doubt, fitness didn’t always feel like a safe, enjoyable place for me. It felt like a punishment for my imperfection. Befriending my body has been a long journey, but one that I recognized thousands, maybe millions of other people are going through. I realized that it’s less about trying to feel positive 24/7, and more about feeling grounded within my body; present in my mind. 

 

I’d be lying if I said it’s always going to make you feel optimistic + empowered every time-- that’s not the point. The point is we know how to bring ourselves back into alignment with what we want, because we’ve taken the time to tune in, and uplift ourself.

it all starts by creating the space + intention to feel more attuned to your body.
To get optimal movement, we find where the body has tensions, imbalances, and blocks that are removing you from flow.

Through a combination of dynamic and isolated movements, we practice exercises that leave you feeling light- like, just for a bit, you can set aside some worry, and replace it with a focused, empowered, and most importantly aligned frame of mind and body.

The last step? We wind down from the high energy session through practicing stillness. Think restorative stretches, breathwork, body scans, and journaling.
